Book Review: Great for Study, Great for the Curious
Summary: 4 Stars
As a jazz/music/drums student of the LAST Hot Club School of Jazz in the world (from Portugal), I was advised to get this book for the studying and understanding of Jazz History. The book is great for those studying Jazz, having all the information well presented and it is also very interesting for the curious.It's Not a school book!, but it can be used for studying.
I recommend "Jazz: The First 100 Years" for those interested in a VERY conscious explanation of the development of Jazz.
I give it 4 Stars and not 5 'cause I think the CD could be better.
