Book Review: A fantastic guide to real self-defense JiuJitsu that has withstood the test of time.

This was one of the first books on JuJitsu(jiu jitsu)I ever purchased back in the 1950s and it is still one of the best books ever written on pure self-defense JuJitsu. It does not matter what martial art you may have studied, this is one book that should be in your personal library. There is a whole lot to like about this book, but the number one thing I love about this text are the clear drawings of each technique. Photographs are okay, but I have found that drawings show more detail on each technique. This book covers numerous self-defense techniques from various types of attacks, including knives and guns. There is no mention of Judo or Jujitsu as sport activities in this text. This is simply a book on using jujitsu techniques and tactics for self-defense. In conclusion, this book is for anyone who is interested in pure street self-defense jujitsu. Rating: 5 Stars. Joseph J.
