Book Review: fantastic for all levels of practise
Summary: 5 Stars
this book is incredibly inspirational and is a must for anybody begining to or already practising yoga. baptiste tells us about his own personal journey into power and then gives clear, motivativational advice on how to practise, how to meditate and how to live a healthy, fulfilling life. i particullaly liked this book because i never felt as though i was being preached at, the advice is very down to earth and therefore easy to follow. can be read over and over and still pick up something new every time. great.
