Book Reviews of Keep Your Brain Alive: 83 Neurobic Exercises

Book Review: Over simplistic - Brain Building 101
Summary: 1 Stars

Someone is cashing in on baby-boomer paranoia. While twenty-five thousand genetic engineers in Cuba are on the verge of discovering a "smart pill" for the rest of the world, Katz has us walking through dark rooms. Read a book a month from Amazon and work the daily cryptoquote puzzles. It will be more effective.

Book Review: Pure hot air!
Summary: 1 Stars

The audacity of Dr. Katz is quite surprising. As a scientist he is well aware that the mjority of the claims made are unfounded. It is quite disappointing that to earn a few dollars Dr. Katz betrays the scientific community. What a shame!

Book Review: Recommended by another "brain writer"
Summary: 5 Stars

As writer of "The Care and Feeding of Your Brain" I found that specific manipulation of your thoughts can improve mood and mental function. It took someone imaginative like Katz to call it "neurobics" and create a set of usable exercises. It was a really fun read. I recommend it as a great companion to my own book, "The Care and Feeding of Your Brain"(Giuffre', DiGeronimo, Career Press 1999)!

Book Review: This little book has changed my life. No kidding.
Summary: 5 Stars

This little book, with such a simple premise, has changed my life. Really. I approach each day with the recommended exercises in mind. It's so surprising how small changes in my routine feel so good and make such a difference. I'm very interested in how these new insights will help me be more productive and content.
