Book Review: A Lesson in True Wealth Given with True Strength

What's a strength, fitness and nutrition expert doing reading this book? Simple, I'm also a human who has struggled with "the market," pondered how to plan for tomorrow, and longed for some straight answers that make sense and I can trust.
Low and behold, ask and thou shall receive, right? A friend was reading my book, Strength for LifeStrength for Life: The Fitness Plan for the Rest of Your Life and he said, "you've got to read "Killing Sacred Cows. You and Garrett have a unique view and clarity on the world."
I thought sure... and then picked this book up and promptly devoured every page. I resonate with the truth in this message, the wisdom and insight. I can now see why I've struggled with so many financial messages in the past. They were meant to appease me, to say what I wanted to hear but not to help me gain real, lasting freedom.
In chapter one of my last book I make the analogy: "HEALTH is to STRENGTH ad MONEY is to WEALTH." My desire to break people free from their false assumptions about health, get them out of the trap that limits them and keeps them in a dance with disaster. Garrett's stance on personal responsibility, on personal freedom and his passion for busting down the doors that confine burns bright as the sun.
I love this book. It has changed my life in an instant... that's the power of real wisdom. Now that Garrett's got Financial Strength covered, and I've got the mental/physical covered, I look forward to finding the equivlient path to freedom in a few other areas... and perhaps all will be good, strong and free in this wild world after all.
