Book Review: Good for classroom projects
Summary: 5 Stars
I've used this book at home with my two daughters, and in their classrooms with 12 children at one time. The recipes worked well in each situation. The directions are simple, clear and easily accomplished by second graders. And, best of all, the foods we made were delicious and pleased many picky eaters. I appreciate the research and testing that went into this book. It's a resource I've used again and again; out of the six recipes I've tried, all were very good!
