Nice book, nice recipes, good idea, but having made bread for over thirty years, and the last five in a machine, it is necessary to read these recipes very carefully, otherwise you might find it necessary to get up at three o'clock in the morning to perform the next step. You do need lots of time, so plan ahead. Overall good breads, but why light brown text on white paper.
