Book Review: Excellent Book for Self Worth and Esteem!
Summary: 5 Stars
This is another wonderful book by Barbara Rose that shares openly as a loving and wise friend would how to regain self worth. She shares with great care and honesty, as she knows how difficult the process is to having self love after a lifetime without it.
The guidance is spot on, and helped me a great deal. I would suggest this book for anyone who could use a good dose of self love. The process is outlined beautifully in the book, and the results are clearly making a difference in how I now view myself compared to before.
I recommend this book wholeheartedly along with her other book "Stop Being the String Along". Each one is excellent, and certainly delivers what they promise.
