This is a VERY GOOD BOOK with LOTS OF GOOD INFORMATION in it. It is easy to read and understand and answered a lot of questions and made me aware of somethings I didn't even think of. This book was very informative... actually, a little too much information for my taste (some of it was just down right gross)...I get why they want you to be well-informed, but dang! And a month long liquid diet surgery? NO thank you!
I think I'm gonna stick to losing weight the old fashion way.
Hats off to those of you who choose this method of weight loss! It sounds just awful to me.
