Book Reviews of La oruga muy hambrienta: Board Book (Spanish Edition)Book Review: Such a classic! Summary: 5 Stars
I loved this book! As did my sister, the kids next door, and probbaly everyone who has ever encountered it!
On monday he ate.....
The idea is so clever with the little holes in the pages. I really thought this was the peak of litarary achievement when i was about 4!
Book Review: It doesnt get any better than this! Summary: 5 StarsI loved this book as a child and was worried that I would be disappointed when I read it to my son but I find it just as enjoyable now if not more so, seeing him delight in all the different foods (not to mention poking his chubby fingers through the holes!)
Every child should have a copy of this book!
Book Review: Fantastic Summary: 5 StarsI'm in college now but always remebered this book from my younger years at school so was extremly delighted when i stumbled across it on amazon. I instanaeously purchased it for my young cousin who now insists on taking it everywhere and reading it to everyone she meets ! she has also taken a keen intrests in everything that flys. If you have or know a younger child then you simply MUST BUY THIS BOOK
Book Review: An Absolute Classic! Summary: 5 StarsThe classic story of 'The Hungry Caterpillar', owned by myself as a child and now owned by my own child is absolutely wonderful!
It teaches counting, the days of the week and the transformation of a caterpillars life with beautiful simple pictures in a way that children can understand.
This should be in every childs library and if being bought for the younger child get the board book version. Its perfect for little hands and fingers and robust enough for older babies! (The story is no different and it will last a lifetime!)
Book Review: Great fun Summary: 5 StarsA classic book that I read myself alot when I was younger, and to still see children reading the book is great to watch, as it shows just how timeless the book is, thanks to its wonderful art work, and lovely story. The book see how this very hungry caterpillar eventually turns into a very colourful butterfly, after eating lots of tasty food! The pages have holes placed where the caterpillar ate and wriggled his way through the food (and pages!) which makes it that bit more exciting for the child.
A lovely book, not to be missed!
