The down side is that no cases studies or persoanl experiences are available.

This is a very concise, accurate explanation of Leaky Gut Syndrome. As a functional medicine nurse practitioner, I am always looking for resources that I may give to patients that make it a little easier to understand. Liz Lipski is the expert in this area, and has a way of explaining that makes the very complex simple to understand.Book Review: Know the facts - don't follow your gut!

This book offered a comprehensive overview of the causes, symptoms and health recommendations of leaky gut syndrome and other digestive problems. The self-diagnosis chart was especially helpful. This book gave some information to use to discuss my health concerns with my health practitioner. It was so reassuring to finally have a name to put with my illness!Book Review: Not much info
