Book Review: A worthy series!
Summary: 5 Stars
I started this series backwards and even though these books stand alone as stories, having read the series from the beginning adds a certain dimension concerning recurring characters. Especially Jack from Missing Lynx, becomes a much more complicated woman.
Lethal affairs sets up the scene for the organization without making it tiring or bogging you down with tiring details. Instead it gives you enough of a taste to want to know more and keep you wondering.
Domino, the agent in this book, is interesting, confident yet troubled and not all too happy with her life and the sacrifices she has had to make. She longs for a normal life with someone who can understand her lifestyle and accept it.
Hayley Ward, the journalist, is a very driven and compassionate woman who falls in love with this evasive woman (domino) not knowing who she is or even that she is the person who is being hunted.
Hayley has been given anonymous information that could bring this mysterious organization down and make her career
and Domino is the woman who has to protect this organization no matter what.
This is a very suspenseful story full of action, agony and anticipatory love.
I highly recommend this book and series. It's been a long time since I've read anything as even remotely interesting.
