Book Review: Life Truly Is What You Make It!!!
Summary: 5 Stars

I was fortunate enough to receive an advance copy of this book and I couldn't put it down. In less than 4 days, I had read it from cover to cover. This is one of the best books that I have ever read. Whether you like Donny Osmond or not, you will enjoy reading this book. It's positive, uplifting, inspirational and full of wisdom. Mind you, Donny doesn't sugar coat his life either. He tells it as it happened. Donny Osmond is a survivor. Practically abandoned by the entertainment industry in his 20's, Donny chose not to give up on his dream and came back strong in his 30's with more hit records and a successful musical theatre career. Donny's message is pure and simple......Believe in yourself.

Book Review: Even If You Aren't A Fan, You Should Read This Book !
Summary: 5 Stars

Donny Osmond finally speaks candidly and honestly about his life growing up in showbuisiness , being one of the top teenage idols in the 1970s, and rebounding, albeit through many obstacles, to forge an adult career. Even when the industry cooled towards him, Donny never gave up, and that tenacity paid off with his five year stint as "Joseph" in the wonderful Andrew Lloyd Webber production and now with his sister Marie, hitting the air once again with thier successful talk show, "Donny And Marie". Even if you aren't a fan, I recommend reading this book. You'll come away with a new respect for this talented and gifted man. It's good to see him back so strongly!

Book Review: Heatwarming, enlightening, humurous, spellbound, humbling
Summary: 5 Stars

Life Is Just What You Make It - is magnificient. If you thought Donny Osmond was just a little girls fantasy - think again. He's a real human being, that unlike most child stars has dealt with the cards he was dealt without turning to illegal drugs, becoming an alcoholic, suing his parents, disowning his family. Instead, he is real, honest - admits in this book the mistakes he's made and the lessons he's learned - all without blame on anyone. We each have our trials and tests in life, Donny has had his share - learn how he came through it - his book will make you look at your own life.

Book Review: Book is a consistent, enjoyable read about Osmond's life.
Summary: 5 Stars

As a long-time fan, I anxiously awaited this book, and it was NOT a disappointment. Well-written and concise, it covers Donny and his brother's careers throughout the last four decades. I am a realist, though, and I know the book will have its detractors, most notably the unopen-minded people who let the Osmond's positive views on family and God interfere with letting them listen to the consistent good music that they were capable of making, and later making their fans feel that it was something that they should be apologetic for liking. I hope critics will come to realize that just because someone did not wind up in an alcohol or drug rehab in their autobiography, it does not make their life any less interesting to read about. Isn't it enough that the man feels that even after twenty-five years that he still has to apologize for being Donny Osmond? You can bet that although he may not get the accolades that Michael Jackson did in the eighties, that he is a much happier man with the life that he has lived.

Book Review: Donny's side of the story sheds a new light on him!
Summary: 5 Stars

What a great book! His honesty and sincerety was truly insightful! I know a whole new side to Donny after reading this book!
