One of the best PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) books I've read in a long long time. Easy to read in a day or two, you won't want to put it down.
Short & concise answers to how to get motivated, be happy and start making a success of your life. Some typical American words and clich?s are used but they do not detract from the books power to give you a good kick you in the butt, get up and make something of your life.
The layout of using different sizes & colours of text and the pictures make it delight to read. Unlike other PMA books, it's not padded with "I knew this bloke once who...." and in many places Jeffrey is very witty and funny.
Keep this one by your beside & get inspired every morning with a passage or two. TURN THAT DEPRESSING TV NEWS OFF & GET THIS BOOK INSTEAD! Use your precious time more wisely.
