We have so many great names in weight lifting and body training in the year 2010. With shows like the Biggest Loser and 250+ Television channels it is not hard for us to find a fitness guru that we can relate to and look to for inspiration. Whether it is Jillian Michaels, Billy Banks, Bob Harper, Richard Simmons or even Jane Fonda! There will only be one Godfather of Fitness and that is Jack LaLanne! He is the man that started it and is still going strong at 95 (September '09).

While I like the title of Live Young Forever...it is not my goal to be forever young but rather my goal to be healthy and around for a very long time. The Live Young Forever book covers such concepts as:
