I am glad that these articles contain highly readable and valuable information appropriate for every woman who wants to feel happy, empowered, informed and intelligent. I enjoyed this book because just as the magazine it opens my mind to the world and celebrates life and womanhood. The topics include love, health, home, fitness, etc. and will cause you to take a serious look at your life and see how you can further improve yourself. You will find a wealth of interesting and up-to-date information that may only enrich your life.

Oprah Winfrey is an example of a modern, smart and sensitive woman who consistently uses her talents and staff of editors to bring us the talk show, the Oprah magazine and now the best of it. I think that your greatest benefit will be to gradually realize and energize her main message-You should be the first priority in your life, because if you are confused, exhausted, dissatisfied, depressed then you will not be able to help anyone! The book covers all important areas in life and I am pleased to highly recommend it.
