Book Review: Excellent for any one wanting to learn about buddhism

This is an excellent book for anyone interested in Buddhism. An inspirational book containing translations from lectures by the Dalai Lama. Each section contains a lecture and a Q&A on all aspects of leading a better life. The Dalai Lama delivers his lectures with his usual integrity, knoweledge, simplicity and of course an excellent sense of humour. Although not the best read for those with little knowledge or experience in Buddhist ways,(A Simple Path is a much better startng point) there IS something for eveyone in this life changing book. This is a must for anyone either practising Buddist Dharma in the west or interested in Buddhist philosophy.
