Living a Life of Inner PeaceThis two CD set of Eckhart Tolle details how by living in the present you get rid of the ghosts of your past and worry about your future. I found this training to be of immense help and have several friends with whom I will share this. The narration is very soft spoken - soothing.Book Review: poor quality recording

I had to return this CD set, as the CD kept skipping and stuttering, and the parts that were audible were of poor quality, with a muffled aspect to the sound. So I can't say much at all about the content! I was disappointed, as I'd been looking forward to hearing this CD very much. (Amazon was very cooperative about refunding my money even though I had of course opened the packaging of the CD. )
