Book Review: A New Favorite

I was looking for another vegetarian cookbook at the library when I found this one. I remembered reading an article a while back about the author making soup in a tiny cooking space while waiting for a house remodel. While the article was memorable and inspiring, the cookbook is amazing. After cooking with it for a week, I ordered my own copy. We try a new soup every week. I never would have imagined my school-age children loving parsley soup, but they do! Also, we have to eat gluten-free, and there are plenty of choices here for us. This book truly got me out of a not-enthusiastic-about-cooking-anymore funk. I'm grateful Love Soup was at my library and I'm now thrilled to have my own copy!
