I purchased this book after seeing Linda Gassenheimer on a repeat episode of "Cooking Live." I love it! It's healthy eating made simple. The meals include plenty of healthy carbs (veggies, whole grains), leans proteins and good fats. The recipes are easy and delicious. It makes eating right kind of exciting because the recipes are more than plain old grilled chicken and salad or yogurt or carrot sticks. All recipes are for 2 servings, so they're easy to halve, if needed. I have heartily recommended this to my friends and family.
