Book Review: An Inspiring Resource
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought this book for my sister when she graduated from college. "Make A Difference" is a great tool to have when entering the real world. My sister wanted to become a more active member of her community but wasn't sure how to take the first step. After reading this book she contacted a few organizations and is now volunteering for Habitat for Humanity.

Book Review: Get Involved and Make a Difference!
Summary: 5 Stars

Too many of us want to do some that will "make a difference" but we don't know where to start. Now you have no more excuses -- here is the book for you. Blaustein provides a great number of options and shows you how easy it is to get involved whether it is saving the environement or working for racial justice or just helping a child read. The book also includes inspirational stories and examples that demonstrate why (especially now in the post-September 11 world) it is so important for people to get involved and do something to strenghten our democracy.
