Peter Conti has done it again. His experience, knowledge and expertise are all shared with the reader is this NEW and innovative "how to" book. Peter answers all the questions the reader still has (and can't find answers to) after reading all the other books on investing in foreclosures. As always, Peter's style is direct, detailed and to the point as he shares his many years of experience and his up to date knowledge. Perhaps the most impressive thing about this new, updated book is that the information imparted is up-to-the-minute accurate in its dealing with the foreclosure market as it exists today...this day!!! If you have any interest in investing in foreclosures, or just want to know more on the subject, this book is an absolute MUST READ!Book Review: Excellent Scripts for Tongue Tied Investors

After attempting to do pre-foreclosures on my own and becoming tongue tied when talking to the seller, I find that the scripts in this 2nd edition helped me to move forward with talking with the seller and the banker (e.g. the loss mitigator).
This 2nd edition not only explains the foreclosure process, but it explains how to talk to and what to say to people that you converse with through out the process. That's a thumbs up for me.

A great book for new investors to read before getting started in foreclosures. The book gives ideas for finding motivated sellers and structuring deals. A step by step action plan once you find a good property. Some great ideas thanks for sharing Peter!
