A wonderful guide for anyone (or anyone you love) who is overwhelmed with THINGS! Addressing the psychological and physical hurdles so many of us face when we decide it is time to regain control of ourselves and our possesions.Indepth untangling of habits along with easy to absorb lists and guidelines to get started on any personal and material overhaul. This is the book that has been the best by far in helping me in my own endeavors to "deal " with my stuff and disorganized ways yet preserve and indeed enhance my creativity and sense of self.
