This book is a great read for anyone who wants to learn more about how to manage change effectively within organisations. It is written in a very readable and concise fashion whilst underpinning its key themes with great case studies and theoretical thinking. I particularly liked the way that it gathers together many different theories in a practical and usuable application. As an executive coach, I have found this book immensely readable, enjoyable and thought provoking.I would highly recommend this book to anyone who needs to understand how to manage and lead change at an individual or organisational level
