This book is all about mama's having to leave their babies. It shows birds, cats, dogs, moles, bears and many more. Each mama has to leave their baby for reasons like getting food. But each one always comes back to their baby. This is even true for the little boy in the book. His mom has to go out for something and he has to stay with his dad. Before long his mom comes back home again.
What did you like or not like about the book?
The book featured many baby animals and their mothers. Children love to read book about animals.
