Book Review: Only script + stills...

Don't believe the review: "This book is based around Coppola's annotated screenplay, and features lots of behind the scenes photos." Or: "Drawn together by the director from her own notes, diaries, and recollections of the project, the book is centered around Coppola's own annotated screenplay and features photographs and illustrations of Milena Canonero's costume designs, arresting stills from the film itself, and charming Polaroids that shed light on the characters and inspiration behind the movie."
What a lie!
Or did I just get a faulty edition?
This book is not based around anything but the script and stills from the movie, which you already know if you have seen the movie. There are 2 pictures which, I guess, are supposed to be in a "behind-the-scenes-mode", but they could be just stills as well: Schwartzman on an elephant in his Dauphin-costume and Kirsten Dunst in the theatre in her costume. Oh yes, there are 4-5 pictures of the food and one of the theatre-curtain... But that's all.
If you don't expect more and will be satisfied with this, buy it. If you expected a real behind-the-scenes book, you'll definetely be disappointed. I guess I only gave 2 stars because the cover is gorgeous and picks up the dominant colours in the movie - blue outside and screaming pink inside. Also, the script-photograph proportion is good, 1:1, on the left the script and on the right a photograph. Still, it's only an eye-candy and not a behind-the-scenes book, as which they are trying to sell it. Pity!
