Book Review: Loved the August Men series
Summary: 5 Stars

All I could think while reading these 3 books was---I wish my husband had some brothers.

Book Review: Marly's Choice
Summary: 5 Stars

Cade August had taken Marly McCall in when she was just a small child with nowhere else to go. She had become family to he and his brothers Sam and Brock. Now that she was older in college, Cade was feeling more than brotherly toward Marly, and it horrified him because he thought those feelings were wrong. He didn't think she could handle the man he had become. He has darker sexual tastes, and is a complete dominant. There is also another secret he has tried to keep from her, and that is the fact he shares his women with his brothers.

Marly had a very difficult childhood suffering untold abuse. She had never felt safe or truly loved until she came to live with Cade, Sam, and Brock. When she was a child she fancied herself in love with Cade, and although she recognized it as a childhood infatuation, she was unprepared for the impact those feelings would have as they changed to unconditional adult love. Marly knew Cade still saw her as a child, and she was determined to entice him so that he saw her for the woman she was. He was not able to resist her for long when she mounted a full assault on him, and before he knew what hit him, friends had turned to lovers.

Marly had suffered from nightmares all her life, but since she returned home from college, they had intensified. She didn't understand it, and felt that something was wrong because things were starting to spiral out of control. When she was involved in a motorcycle accident after being forced off the road, Cade knew something was up, and he didn't believe in coincidences. Jack Jennings was once again threatening Marly's safety and sanity. All the August brothers swore they would do anything to protect her.

This is a very erotic and sexy read. The August men are all very strong dominant men, but Marly is the one to give them a run for their money. She stands up to them not taking any grief especially from Cade, and it always left me with a smile on my face to see her character written with such backbone. All of them have suffered horrible abuse, and have lived to tell about it. We were not let in on all of the details that have led them down the path they are on, but I assume that will be explained further in the subsequent books.

Book Review: Marly's Choice
Summary: 5 Stars

Marly's Choice was a very suspenseful and thought catching book. It made you smile and laugh all at the same time. Anyone looking for an adult only read would enjoy this book. I was also please with Amazon and how fast they got the book to me. I would recommend purchasing books from Amazon to everyone.

Book Review: Marly's Choice is a Keeper!
Summary: 5 Stars

This is the one that started the August Family Series. Ms. Leigh
sets the stage for one of the most sexualy intense and erotic reads on the bookself. Cade is the Alpha Hero every woman wants (his brothers Brock and Sam are not bad either) and Marly is a woman who knows what she wants. Cade does not stand a chance.
Cade is the protector until Marly has had enough. Then the
relationship is threatened by family secrets and outside forces
trying to tear them apart.
Ms. Leigh's books are all on my auto buy list.

Book Review: Marly's Choice (Men of August Series)
Summary: 3 Stars

This book was okay but needs more thought put into it. The story line at the begging was good but come on Three brother's having to share their woman to feel love for each other because they can't show their love for each other because the things they experienced when they were children. I love Lora Leigh's books but this whole series could do for an all out overhall on the story line.
