Book Review: A new look at zombies
Summary: 5 Stars
I would just like to say that if you are looking to get into comics, don't start with this book. That being said, if you have some basic knowledge of the Marvel universe this is a very fun read.
Marvel Zombies takes the usual story of a world overrun by zombies and flips it on it's head. The zombies can talk, reason, and even feel emotion, but they start to lose their mind if they do not feed on human flesh. The story would be interesting enough with that simple variation, but when super powers are added in it creates a remarkably unique book.
The artwork is some of the best i've ever seen. There are some pages in the book that will make you stop and stare. There is one in particular involving wolverine that I guarantee will make you stop and question if what you saw actually happened.
Overall, I gave this book a 5 star rating because it is one of my favorites. I'll admit it's not for everyone, but if u want a fun read I highly recommend Marvel Zombies.
