Book Review: Phenomenal help for pregnant women!
Summary: 5 Stars
This book is terrific. It offers women a way to feel more in control of their pregnancy, The program isn't easy -- there's no doubt about it -- but it seems well worth it. I haven't actually put it to the test yet, but I feel so much better knowing I am doing something specific to help me prepare. I recommend it very highly. Good illustrations and descriptions, doesn't require a lot of expensive equipment.
