Book Review: Still funny - but . . .

Hiya,
this book reminded me so much of Pale Fire by Nabokov. Bigfoot should hit Mr. Roumieu with a big rock: repeatedly. Kinbote was mad, Bigfoot. Shade was a genius. Kinbote's attempt to understand Shade's work is sad but comical. I felt the same here on almost every page. Roumieu tries to write a People's magazine version of Bigfoot; Bigfoot is definitely Paris Review material.

Bigfoot, haven't you learned NOT to trust publishers and editors and especially Graham? Bigfoot, remember a pointed stick has two uses next time you see Graham.

Great! Hilarious and fun - definately not a kids book, but makes for good conversation amongst friends....we still talk about our own "Craig" mentioned in the first book! I would like to see more books based on Bigfoot or other characters! I read the first book "In Me Own Words" while in Iraq - it kept us going as humor makes the world go 'round. This is one of the funniest books I have ever read. I now have a whole new appreciation for what the Northwest's favorite alpha-male has had to go through in life.
