Book Review: My Favorite Cookbook

I'm so happy with this cookbook that I'm online now looking for others by the same author. If you're looking for quick recipes, you need to know that many of these take some time, but if you like cooking and learning about the hows and whys of cooking, you'll find this book fulfilling. There are is a lot of good background on Mediterranean culture, lots of good stories behind the recipes that add another sort of flavor to the book. And there are lots of little tips and explanations tucked between the recipes, just where you need them or want to read them. Since I bought this book, I've become excited about Mediterranean food because these recipes are GOOD.
