Book Review: Great Cookbook
Summary: 5 Stars
This is my favorite kind of cookbook, one that teaches technique along with listing recipes. After reading it, I can adapt some of the techniques here to other recipes. It's more "teach a man to fish" than "give a man a fish," and that's appreciated. With some careful shopping around, my kitchen is stocked with a lot of the ingredients this food requires without spending more than my normal groceries cost. The recipes included are simple and quick; even the all-day recipes are formulated for crockpots, which is handy for working peole like me.
