Book Review: Funny, trashy, beach/airport type novel!
Summary: 2 Stars

When a friend bought this for me I thought
"Oh God....not another one of these single twenty-something working-women books!"

I found the main character (Jackie) very easy to relate to in a Brigitt Jones way.

A surprisingly good (and funny) read for what the book is. I think I particularly enjoyed it as I empathised with the Jackie and her recent host of awful dates (I had similar circumstances at the exact time of reading)!

Unlike many American books of this genre, I did not find it too culture-specific and could easily have been set in the UK.

Read it: in the bath, on a plane, on the beach!!
