Book Review: A miracle

This book is an absolute miracle. About 10 years ago I was going to get operated on because of a "Herniated Disc". I then read Dr Sarno's book and the pain went away over night. Once again I am debilitated and I dust off "Mind over Back Pain" and once again I just needed to be reminded of "TMS" and what it means and I know I will be running 20 miles a week in no time. I don't need any doctors, drugs, or chiropractors. The stress in my life is incredible right now and this is the book to read when it happens. It is amazing to me how out to lunch the medical world is when it comes to back pain. Thank you Dr. Sarno.
