Book Reviews of Miss AmericaBook Review: Howard gets political on 2nd Novel Summary: 5 Stars
Perhaps even better than the first. It's more concentrated on a certain era of his career but does tell lots of his life story. We have all the basics from "Private Parts", but Howard gets even more in depth about certain issues like the entertainment business and girls that he lusts over (at time babes like Teri Hacther and all time beauties like Tawny Kitean and Pam Anderson) . That's nothing, because we get even more tidbits like. The unmaking of sad Zoo personality John Debella. Howard tortures this man to no end til his ratings are squashed. A lot of interesting turns in the story occur. It's a great saga. Howard's impressive run for the office of governor in New York, not to mention the fact that he gets to control the destiny of political hopefuls like Christine Todd Whitman. Etc. Howard rips into his radio crew, mostly King of Mars Fred/Eric Norris. What was the deal with the wedding no one was invited to, Cookie Puss cakes for Mother's day and even more horror. Howard looks into it. Also the questions everyone wants to know about Robin are answered on a lie detector. The private painful battle with OCD. Howard gets a chuckle out of you while telling his of sad and true story that is meant to help others and certainty does. Lots of fun little bits in here. You real have to be devout Stern to dig this one and if you are, it might just blow "Parts" out of the map. Have fun reading all the details of the Stern empire. F Jackie and Baba Booey to y'all. Also, if you ever hear about the phony infommercial that Stern did for the book airing on E!, tape it! It's a classic Stern parody.
Book Review: Howard wrote a good book Summary: 4 Stars
This book is fun and entertaining just like his radio show. He tries to be funny in the book and he sure succeeds at doing that. If you enjoy Howard's radio show, I suggest you take a look at this book.

I loved Stern's irreverent way of writing in Private Parts and was very pleased to see him do it again in Miss America (the naked girly pictures helped, too!).
