I just purchased this book and haven't had time to read it cover-to-cover, but I plan too because there is some interesting reading by some of the best known fly-tyers and fishermen around. I didn't realize there were that many midge patterns in existence, and they are still being created by some of the best minds in fly-tying like Charlie Craven and his jujubee midge pattern, one of my favorites. This is a instructional book for both novices and experts in fly-tying and I highly recommend it for any anglers fly-tying library. You can learn much about nymph rigging and fishing from experts like Rick Takahashi, Jerry Hubka and my friend Craig Mathews.
