In keeping with the style of the first and second editions, the authors have yet again provided the world of molecular biology research with the most comprehensive text book and laboratory manual available. The detailed information is presented in a more text-book format than previous editions, and is closely knit to the experiment protocols and methods. As well as explaining from first principles all of the state of the art laboratory methods you will need in a molecular biology, or related laboratory, the appendix is packed with useful data on enzymes, buffers, biomolecules, a compendum of internet resources and the products of the genomic and post-genomic era: DNA array technology and bioinformatics resources.
