Book Review: Great for baby and parents, too!

If you are a new parent, you should definitely check out this title. This very helpful how-to book was instrumental in helping our young child experience a variety of new, fresh tastes, with minimal effort on our part. About three hours a month was all it took for us to prepare and freeze food for our little guy, and we felt so much better than just opening expensive little jars for him. This book is clearly valuable to any first-time parent!
