Book Review: A potty training book that actually deals with reality.
Summary: 4 Stars
Unlike many potty training books, this one actually shows both a mother and a father working with a child through the entire experience of potty training: getting the potty chair, the mechanics of poo and pee, and transitioning from diapers to "big boy pants", all with the boy's parents there and helping with the mechanics as well as love and encouragement. If I had to do it over again, this would be a primary book in my potty training library.Book Review: Almost potty trained!!!

My little boy really saw himself in this book, he has a special teddy that he would sit with while reading on his potty.Its a good book for introduction to the potty!

I purchased this book in conjunction with another well-known potty book and this one is by far the best so far. The story is easy to read and the pictures are not too explicit. My son (22 months) really gets it! The illustrations are right-on and easy to understand. My son actually knows the difference between the "potty" and the "toilet." He loves it when I read this book to him, wanting me to keep reading it over and over again. He points out pictures in the book aside from the potty and toilet. In fact, he actually tells me when he has to go! We are still working on the timing of it all...but over all, this is a great book.Book Review: Best potty book so far.

I have bought and received a total of 4 potty books and this is the best one i have. My 2 year old son loves this book and usually has me read it to him atleast once a day. It could have be a tad more explanitory, but i love that it doesn't have nonsense parts like a cat using a litter box n then licking its paws while the kid washes his hands or the kid playing with the toilet paper and making a mess. I bought this book for my almost 2 year old Grandson. He loves books and is starting the potty training process. He sits on the potty and looks at this book. It's easy for him to understand and is illustrated very well. I think it will actually help him catch on.
