Book Review: Dealing with Potty Training
Summary: 5 Stars

A very well written, brightly illistrated book. Well worht the $ to purchase and add to your collection. You can ALWAYS pass it on. The next recipient will be just as lucky!

Book Review: Does a good job of explaining how potty training happens
Summary: 4 Stars

I like this book because it explains potty training as a process, beginning when mommy and daddy bring home a potty chair and ending with the transition to big girl panties. It depicts two supportive parents gently helping their daughter to learn to use the toilet and shows that sometimes accidents will happen and that the child will still need to wear diapers at night for a while. It is also relatable for children, beginning with the words, "Ashley is a girl just your age" and describing how she likes to play with toys and do other things that children like to do.

Book Review: Fabulous for our daughter
Summary: 5 Stars

Our daughter is 27 months old and we have had the book for over a month.
She loves it and it has made her so much more aware than her older sibling.
Wish we had known about these books earlier. We will be ordering others in the series.
Thanks for offering these.

Book Review: Favorite Potty Book!
Summary: 5 Stars

I think we've purchased every potty book there is to have and this one is my daughter's FAVORITE! She calls it the RED potty book and we lost our first copy and had to replace it quickly. It's simple and easy to understand without being condescending or cutesy. When my daughter has an accident, I always say, "That's okay, honey -- children have accidents when they're learning. Remember Ashley in your red potty book?" Then we go read it again. And again. Any of you with toddlers know their fourth most favorite word: 'Gain!

Book Review: Gentle Introduction for Parent and Child
Summary: 5 Stars

I read this book to my daughter for the first time last night. She pointed to all the pictures, and acknowledged the meaning/purpose of each. She's just starting to "train" and she is very reluctant to try at home. She's being "pushed" at preschool, and I think that this is adding to her reluctance. The reason I selected this book over countless others is because it has easy to read and understand copy and the illustrations are sweet without being "cartoony" or too grownup. I feel very sure that this book will help us both.
