I am so excited about this book. Recently, we found the same book from when my husband was about 7 years old. We read it and laughed! We immediately got two for our daughters so that they would have something to look at when they are in their late 30s. I recommend it to everyone who has children! i filled this book out 30 years ago as a kid. i still have my copy, and just read through it with my 9 year old. he was dying laughing at me, and was thrilled to see i had sloppy handwriting. he is begging me to get him one, so i think i'll get one for all my kids for christmas. it's such a fun way to record your personal history as a child, and i remember thinking how cool i felt being allowed to write in a real book! you can't go wrong with a gift like this. my grandmother gave it to me, and signed her name in the front cover, which makes it even more special to both my son and i.Book Review: successful sense of self

i was always jealous that my older sister had this book about herself, growing up...i bought a copy for my nephew...saving it for when he gets to elementary school...it has easy to follow illustrations and questions that will make a child feel proud as they write in the answers...how many footsteps to the mailbox...whats your eye color...are you a lefty, etc...YOUNGER KIDS CAN COMPLETE WITH ADULT HELP...older ones can do on their own!!!
