This is a great product. I have been really worried about how my 3 year old daughter is gonna take being a big sister. She has been very spoiled her whole life. When we got this book in the mail she was so happy. I am only 13 weeks so she has plenty of time to wait until she can use the book but she thought it was really cool. My son just loves this new book. This book is great for younger kids as it is geared toward them. There are lots of boxes they can check all by themselves if they are unable to write yet. This books also asks them many questions about themselves, which helps them to feel important too. There are also pages where they can compare themselves to the new baby; such as tracing each of their feet and comparing them. There is also some humorous and silly questions too (My son loved these the best). I would highly recommend this book to anyone that has an older child excepting a new baby in their family.Book Review: Great for my 7-year-old!

This book was a perfect gift for my 7-year-old daughter when her baby brother was born. It gave her a way to express her own perspective on things. She took it to school with her to work on, and to share with others, while I was still in the hospital. It will be a wonderful keepsake for all of us to look back on when both children are older. It's worth noting that my daughter is behind age-level with reading and writing, so although this was perfect for her at 7 years old (2nd grade), it is probably appropriate for younger children as well.Book Review: Great gift for any sibling

I bought this book for my daughter before our son was born. It was a great way to get her involved and excited about the arrival of her new brother. It also gave me and my daughter an opportunity to do something together as some of the activities necessitate parental supervision.
