Book Review: This could possibly save your life

I lent my book to a friend, a top medical consultant. "It's the best book I've ever read" he said.
He applied one of the recommendations and stopped all dairy consumption. Previously he was totally dependant on asthma drugs and an inhaler. Within a few days he no longer needs them!
I have been trying to work out why I get so much fatique. I feel so much better to after giving up dairy. I've been on 'rabit food' and raw veg for a while, but coming off dairy has helped alot.
There is stacks of other recommendations too, like eating mainly raw food and ensuring that you have the right vitamins. There's also loads on avoiding toxins.
The book really challenges modern food production methods and backs up most of the claims with pretty frightening statistics and research.
The author really tears to pieces the modern medical profession, understandibly so, as they very nearly killed him. All his reasoning is really backed up with lots of data.
If everyone did what was recommended in this book, I think the average life expectancy would be at least a hundred, the hospitals would be empty and most doctors would be out of work.
The whole principle of the book is very simple, it is about avoiding toxins and nourishing the cells in your body so that they can resist and fight disease.
An excellent read, but make sure that you do some of the recommendations given in the book.
