Only the first page is about biting, and the flip page concept is confusing. First you look at what you're not supposed to do (eg. No biting) and then you look at what you are supposed to do (eg. Bite an apple?$#@!). I'm not impressed with the book at all and disappointed that the title is so misleading.
If you want a good book to help a toddle stop biting try "Teeth are not for Biting" It worked for us!
Book Review: Remember to apply to your situation

I got this book for my son who has trouble with biting, especially his older sister. I don't read the book word for word, but be sure to use words that apply to the situation at hand, using the pictures as visual aids. For example, I'll read "We don't bite people, we don't bite sisters or friends" instead of the printed, "No biting friends".
I think it works well -- I've caught my son "reading" the book to himself. And the biting has almost disappeared.
