Book Review: Will this book make you FEARLESS?

Arianna Huffington begins "On Becoming Fearless" by revealing the fears she has had throughout her life. She then delves into our society's fears of growing older and not finding the love we need. She discusses fears about work, money and parenting.
At first this book is strangely comforting because it can be healing to acknowledge our major fears. There are also sections that seem to present new ways of looking at old problems.

For the most part, Arianna Huffington spends a lot of time talking about her own life and the books she has written. At times "On Becoming Fearless" is difficult to read because it seems like one-fourth of the book is made up of quotes from other books. While this shows she is well read, it often breaks up the continuity of thought.
When discussing "fearless in love" the chapter seems to be more about being happy without a partner. When talking about the fear of death and God, Arianna Huffington goes into a discussion about Greek gods and goddesses, Egyptian temples, yoga and Alzheimer's disease. At times it doesn't seem that the issues she is discussing fit into the category or chapter theme.
My main question while reading this book was: "When do we get to the part about becoming fearless?" While there are plenty of examples of people who have been fearless, a chapter on how to apply the principles presented is sorely needed.
