Book Review: A DUD
Summary: 2 Stars
I was dissapointed especially after enjoying this author's first two novels. The plot is thin and there is too much sophmoric musing through the eyes of a wisecracking sociopathic teenage girl and a racist, hateful prison guard. The amount of foul language is excessive and unnessary. The plot stalls as soon as it starts and seems to need a push toward a conclusion. The liner notes compare the author's style to Tolstoy. Perhaps the writer of these notes consumed more mind alternating substances than the heroine of this book.
