I WOULD RATHER READ A GOOD FICTION BOOK BUT MY DOCTOR RECOMMENDED I PURCHASE A BOOK ON THIS SUBJECT SINCE I WAS A POSTER CHILD CANDIDATE AND MET ALL OF THE CRITERIA FOR THE DISEASE. AFTER RESEARCHING THE CHOICES ON AMAZON I CHOSE THIS ONE. ACTUALLY THE REVIEWS ALREADY ON AMAZON ABOUT THE BOOK WERE MY GUIDE. IT GETS RIGHT TO THE POINT IN LAYMAN TERMS. I HAVE GAINED AN EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT SYNDROME X IS AND HOW TO PREVENT IT FROM KILLING ME PREMATURELY.THIS BOOK IS A MUST FOR SOMEONE WHO GETS BORED WITH HUGE MEDICAL EXPLANATIONS AND SCIENTIFIC TERMINOLOGY. ITS SUMMERIZES THE SUBJECT WHERE IT NEEDS TO AND GETS IN DEPTH WHEN IT NEEDS TO BUT GETS THE MESSAGE ACROSS VERY COMPLETELY AND BEST OF ALL CONCISELY
