Book Review: Great hope for those starting the program

As the other reviewer mentioned, this book is a collection of short stories about people who have dramatically changed their lives through Overeaters Anonymous. It is not an instruction guide, but that isn't really how the program works anyway. This book shows how the program has worked for others, and gives ideas and suggestions that others have used. It is a great support book to the meetings, and the core OA Literature (which is provided at meetings, along with the 12 Steps and 12 Traditions book, and the "Big Book"- Alcoholics Anonymous.
