Book Reviews of PS, I Love You

Book Review: Emotional rollercoaster!
Summary: 5 Stars

This was a wonderful book! I initially bought it because the movie is coming out soon and I needed something to read on the plane. However, once I started it, I could not put it down! It was an amazing story of how a woman deals with the untimely death of her husband. And the notes he writes to her are emotional and exciting! Great read :)

Book Review: Excellent and moving love story.
Summary: 4 Stars

This book was written with such emotion it was hard to believe someone so young wrote it. It's a simple story but full of feeling. The characters are likable and despite the sadness, it's a book you won't want to put down.

Book Review: Great Book
Summary: 4 Stars

P.S. I Love You was one of the best books I have ever read. Once I started to read I could not put it down. Cecelia Ahern really makes you feel like you are there with the characters. You will laugh, cry, and totally fall in love with the book.

Book Review: High school level
Summary: 1 Stars

I'm no snob by any means. But this book is just plain low on the intellect scale. I'm in my early 30s and I felt like a grandma reading this. I made it to the 60th page and felt like throwing it out. This is written at a junior high/high school level at best. Cecelia Ahern is rich and successful, but how did that happen with this book? I realize she was only 21 when she wrote it though, which could be the reason.

Book Review: I Love This Book
Summary: 5 Stars

Read this book on a whim way before a movie was made. Absolutely loved it. Very quick reading with just the right amount of sadness, humor and love. Couldn't wait to go see the movie (even though I still haven't seen it yet). I'm sure the book is better anyway!
