This is such an excellent book. If you have a partner/friend/mother/daughter/son/gym buddy that will be happy to try out yoga with you, you must get this book. It is fun, energetic, relaxing and did I say fun.
I'm lucky enough to have a partner who is as keen on this as I am. We try out a new move every day, we are just about balanced with the Falcon, a move where you really feel you are soaring above the clouds.
There are plenty of moves to keep you going with, some simple stretches to some pretty advanced balances but you go at your own pace and quickly see improvements. I'm 3 stone heavier than my partner and yet she can still balance me above her body - what a buzz.
